Protected facades of The Memlinc hotel are being restored

The demolition works were stopped at the beginning of January after some protected facades were accidentally demolished. A few weeks ago, the client started rebuilding the facades that were not allowed to be demolished. The hotel closed its doors in April last year. The complex is being converted into luxury apartments. These can raise almost 130 million euros.
