Program Europa League and Conference League: these matches are scheduled for tonight | Foreign football

The Europa League and Conference League resumed last week with the intermediate rounds. In the returns on Thursday, it will be determined which clubs qualify for the eighth finals of both European tournaments. This is the program.

Europa League

6:45 p.m
FC Midtjylland – Sporting Portugal (1-1)

In the first game, the Danish Midtjylland seemed to be on its way to a good away win, but defender Sebastian Coates managed to equalize on behalf of Sporting Portugal in the fourth minute of injury time. Eliminating the Portuguese would not be bad for the position of the Netherlands on the coefficient list.

AS Monaco – Bayer Leverkusen (3-2)
Monaco is in excellent shape. The last five games were all won by Philippe Clement’s team. Opponent Bayer Leverkusen fared less in the last month. The number ten in the Bundesliga, with the Dutchmen Jeremy Frimpong, Daley Sinkgraven and Mitchel Bakker under contract, has lost four of his last five matches and will have to have a good day to win against Monaco.

Nantes – Juventus (1-1)
Juventus has been unbeaten for five games in a row, but the Italian top club blamed itself last Thursday by not getting further than a draw at home. Nantes, which is not having a great season and is in thirteenth place in the league, can therefore still hope for the next round for its own audience.

PSV – Seville (0-3)
It will not be an easy task for PSV to reach the eighth finals of the Europa League. In Seville, the people of Eindhoven discovered that the Spanish mid-engine can be deadly effective: three of the four goal attempts flew in. Ajax flop Lucas Ocampos was important with a goal and an assist.

AS Roma – Red Bull Salzburg (0-1)

José Mourinho won the Conference League with AS Roma last season by beating Feyenoord in the final, but one level higher the Romans are having a hard time. The game against Red Bull Salzburg was lost by a goal in the 88th minute by Nicolas Capaldo. Georgino Wijnaldum came in, Rick Karsdorp remained on the bench.

Manchester United – FC Barcelona (2-2)
FC Barcelona held Manchester United to a draw at Camp Nou. Erik ten Hag’s team initially fell behind, but managed to find the net twice via Marcus Rashford and an own goal by Jules Kounde. Raphina eventually signed for the equalizer on behalf of Barça.

Stade Rennes – Shakhtar Donetsk (1-2)
Shakhtar Donetsk played its home game in Warsaw, Poland, last week. The Ukrainians put Stade Rennes aside, but will also have to look good in France to get at least a draw.

Union Berlin – Ajax (0-0)
Ajax was quite disappointing in the first leg against Union Berlin, which failed to take the lead in the Bundesliga this weekend. The team from Amsterdam had a good general by rolling up Sparta Rotterdam (4-0). The club from Berlin did not go further than 0-0 against Schalke 04.
