It is not known why the protesters drove to Bruls’ house. Possibly because he said last week that he will not allow farmers on tractors on the Four Days Marches courses. The Four Days Marches is next week and a farmers’ action group suggested the idea of standing along the route with tractors during the arrival on Friday.
The action farmers first drove through the center of Nijmegen and then through neighborhoods to Bruls’ home. As far as is known, no incidents have occurred en route.
