The identification of a German woman who was found dead in the dunes near Wassenaar in 2004 can largely be attributed to Sander Meyer, founder of the Coldcase Affairs Foundation. “There was such a clear relationship with the city of Bottrop, I felt that there must be something to be gained there.”
