The judge has ordered prison without bail for a man, about 50 years old, who was arrested early last Sunday after attacking five people with a large stone and trying to rob them, the Superior Court of Justice reported on Tuesday. of Catalonia (TSJC).
As explained to Efe by the Mossos d’Esquadra, the events occurred around 05:30 on Sunday when they received the complaints from the victims for these attacks, which occurred near Balmes street in Barcelona.
The man attacked his victims with a large stone and tried to rob them and, half an hour after receiving the complaints, the Mossos were able to arrest him and take him before the judge.

The judge has decreed provisional prison, communicated and without bail, and has opened a case for two attempted robberies with violence and use of a dangerous element and five crimes of injury.
The detainee, according to TSJC sources, has a history of intentional homicide after a conviction by the Jury Court and was on third-degree prison leave.
