The Spanish soccer record champions Real Madrid and the Belgian offensive player Eden Hazard will go their separate ways in the future.
As Real announced, the 32-year-old will only officially be a Royal professional until June 30th. The contract, which is valid until 2024, is likely to be terminated.
Eight titles for Hazard – but little playing time
“Real Madrid want to express their affection for Eden Hazard and wish him and his whole family the best of luck in this new phase‘ the club said.
Hazard won a total of eight titles in his four years with the royal team, but he was not happy there after moving from Chelsea. Most recently, under coach Carlo Ancelotti, he was hardly given any consideration.
