- In total, over 2,300 companies in 121 countries/regions on 5 continents were recognized in 2024.
The Top Employers Institute has announced the Top Employers 2024 in Germany. PRIMARK is also included for the 6th time in a row.
In order to be recognized as a Top Employer, an extensive questionnaire on HR best practices must be completed. This covers several subject areas, such as People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Well-being and Diversity & Inclusion. These answers are then checked by an external auditor. Companies that achieve a minimum score of 60% can call themselves Top Employers 2024.
