Germany collected a bitter and historical defeat at the start of the World Cup qualification. The international press also comments on this.
Actually, it should be a good start to the qualification for the World Cup next year, but Thursday was forgotten a day for the DFB team. Against Slovakia, the German national team showed a desolate performance and received a 0-2 defeat for the history books-because for the first time an away game in the World Cup qualification was lost.
Afterwards, this also commented on the international press – who, like national coach Julian Nagelsmann and captain Joshua Kimmich, found no positive approaches to the German team. The opponent was also praised.
