“Before you break the baton about Trump, it should be remembered that one of the new heroes of the global community, Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney, abolished the CO2 tax for Canada’s citizens. This was not easy for the former United Nations special envoy for climate protection and climate finance. At the same time, it expresses a coming of age in climate policy. (.) Climate activists may have convinced the public to take climate change seriously. But they could not convince them to pay for it. (.)
