“Politics have now made it possible to separate the basic supply and a more expensive replacement supply tariff. That makes sense. However, the fact that individual companies are now officially putting all customers who want to switch to the basic supply of their own accord into the sometimes much more expensive replacement supply is incomprehensible. The replacement supply is expressly not there for the supply of regularly changing customers, and it is foreseeable that the courts will also see it that way. Once again, the industry is clearly damaging its image.”/DP/jha
