Fulham will return next season to play in the Premier League after beating Preston North End (3-0) and ensure automatic promotion to the top flight of English football.
The team from Craven Cottage, on the banks of the Thames, closed their promotion in a practically perfect season, in which they have dominated the Championship with authority and they have been undisputed leaders since matchday 25.
