The Italian fashion house Prada is considering taking over rival Versace, writes the Italian business newspaper Il Sole 24 Ore. According to the business newspaper, reports have been circulating for some time that the American owner of Versace, Capri Holdings, is looking for a buyer for the Italian brand. Financial and legal advisors are now expected to investigate for Prada whether it makes sense to acquire Versace.
