Powerbank explodes on KLM flight to Schiphol: ‘I already wanted to say goodbye to my parents’

Due to an exploded power bank, a large panic broke out on board a KLM device on Wednesday. In the middle of the night the cabin suddenly filled with smoke, on which screams and shouting erupted. A passenger says that she was about to send her parents a farewell message. “I really thought I was dying.”
