SP member Michiel van Nispen from Breda wishes colleague Tjeerd de Groot strength after the news about a possible recount. Van Nispen, number five on the list, says he is still in great tension as to whether he or De Groot of D66 will now be allowed to take a seat in the House of Representatives.
D66 lost a residual seat to the SP on Friday due to a 160 vote difference. Van Nispen told the editors of the television program Op1 on Friday evening that he had had telephone contact with De Groot. So both wished each other luck.

The House of Representatives will meet unexpectedly on Saturday to decide on a possible recount of votes cast during the House of Representatives elections. The reason for this is ‘inexplicable counting differences’ at four polling stations in Tilburg.
