Bahçeşehir College Men’s Basketball Team lost 90-80 to the visiting Portuguese team Porto in the first match of the FIBA European Cup quarter-finals.
Completing the first quarter of the match played at the Dragao Arena in Porto, leading 23-15, the home team entered the locker room with a 42-32 advantage.
Although Bahçeşehir College tried to reduce the gap with shots from behind the three-point line in the third quarter, Porto started the final period with a 62-57 advantage. The Portuguese representative maintained its scoring advantage in the last quarter and won the match 90-80.
The rematch of the match will be played in Istanbul on March 13.
