The Havenzijde residential project is nearing its end between the Gulf of Westende and the port of Nieuwpoort. The project, which started in 2019, is a collaboration between the municipality of Middelkerke and project developer Havenzijde nv.
The site will contain a total of 119 affordable owner-occupied homes and 48 social homes. These social homes have now been completed and are already rented out by housing company Woonsprong.
