After more than a year of intense negotiations, an outline agreement has been reached between the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and Argentina on the South American country’s debt burden. Argentina has a debt of more than 44 billion dollars (almost 40 billion euros) with the fund. President Alberto Fernandez is relieved.
