The technical quality: “Years ago I made other roles, but for some time now I play in defense. As a child I was playing in front, and it remained to me. In the training it is the same, all the guys want to win and this makes you be more competitive, it is an important thing”.
German and Italian experience: “The city where I was born and raised in Germany is my home, I feel better because there are friends and family. In Germany, German football, it was a difficult period for me because I was not yet the professional today, I was not mature. They treated me differently than Italy, but also my behavior was not top. In Germany you must always be punctual, you have to work, they are very important things for them. As in Croatia, I feel good.
The environment: “Even last year, in my opinion we had that atmosphere in the team, everyone wants to work, there is a lot of quality and we play with enthusiasm. We have a good group and we give everything. It is not easy in Italy to do great things because there are other good teams, there is not only Fiorentina. We are concentrated on ourselves and we give our best, then we see how it will go”.
