Lindner: FDP for Union’s migration applications
FDP boss Christian Lindner has confirmed his party’s willingness to agree to the Union’s applications in the Bundestag on asylum policy. He said on Deutschlandfunk that the CDU and CSU measures went in the right direction to limit illegal migration. It is irrelevant whether the AfD also agrees to the applications. It is about a political signal from the middle of the Bundestag. Lindner called SPD and Greens to rethink migration policy and also agree with the applications. He also called for further measures.
