The identity of the third suspect, a woman from Heerhugowaard, is not yet released.
By sharing their names and photos, the police hope to find out more about the duo. Where did they go and who did they have contact with? That information may lead to the disappeared art.
Suspicious bag and car
The police tracked down the suspects after the find of a bag left in a neighborhood in Assen. Clothing was also found there. Also photos of this bag and clothing are now shared by the police, as well as the place where the bag was found.
In addition to information about the suspects, the bag and clothing, the police also want more information about a black Ford transit. The research has shown that (one of) the suspects possibly drove the V-586-KR license plate with the license plate V-586-KR shortly after the burglary.
Search for other suspects
On January 29 are in Heerhugowaard three people arrested For the burglary and theft in the Drents Museum on January 25. The suspects are in full limitations and are interrogated about their role in the theft. More arrests are not excluded. The police are still looking for a suspect who has been seen in a hardware store in Assen.
House searches have also been done in Heerhugowaard, but the stolen art is still without a trace.
