Several tips have been received by the police about the robbery of a gas station on 1e Energieweg in Roden. This was in response to new images shown in the television program Opsporing Verzocht.
The police indicate on X that they received seven reports about the robbery on July 20. The tips are currently still being investigated.
The images shared by the police show the suspect walking into the gas station with his fat bike. He parks his fat bike partly between the door, which prevents it from closing completely. The robber grabs something that looks like a gun.
He threatens a store employee with this and a little later the suspect takes his fat bike again and leaves the gas station with the loot – the contents of the cash register. The size of the loot is not known.
