Police get taser because of ‘more violent and unpredictable’ violent incidents

Police officers have a new weapon from this year: the Taser X2. The police aim to train 17,000 officers in the use of the weapon this year. The taser is intended for acute situations with, for example, confused people who are a danger to themselves and the environment.
