A motorist received two fines in Hank on Thursday night because the MOT of his car had expired and the brakes barely did it. The police took the car with Romanian license plate, but while dragging the bonnet blew up. “I have seen quite a lot over the years, but we had to rub in our eyes if we were not dreaming,” says the traffic police on Instagram.

The towing cable no longer worked because the hood was blowing up. “Furthermore, the exhaust was leak, window cracked, the vehicle had sharp parts and the driver did not have a valid Dutch driver’s license,” the police said.

In Gilze, the agents have tested the brake of the car again. That still didn’t work, but it did make a sound of 86 decibels. In the meantime, the driver received an official report for not following an order.

The agents have put a wok report on the vehicle. That stands for ‘Wait for inspecting’. If such a report is on a vehicle, it is not allowed to drive.
