The Russian president Vladimir Poetin has a new look at the soldiers in the Russian language. As a result of the decree, he ordered that he should pay 15 percent of 170,000 soldiers.
It has around 2.2 million personnel and 1.32 million soldiers. The previous decree – from August 2022 – left a large number of personnel in the leger op 2 million, including 1.15 million military personnel.
