The Russian president Vladimir Poetin has a new look at the soldiers in the Russian language. As a result of the decree, he ordered that he should pay 15 percent of 170,000 soldiers.
It has around 2.2 million personnel and 1.32 million soldiers. The previous decree – from August 2022 – left a large number of personnel in the leger op 2 million, including 1.15 million military personnel.
“The effectiveness of the strijdkrachten is the same as the use of the land and is linked to the special military operation (in Oekraïne, red) and the provision of the equipment of the NAVO,” aldus the Russian Ministry of Defense.
