Nikula, who had worked on radio since the 1980s, stopped working at Radio Rock in April. He is currently unemployed in his own words.
– The life of the unemployed has been insanely busy. I noticed that I had to answer the phone every time it rings. In the past, I was working on the radio at the most intense call and bitten the calls that came from the afternoon during the day.
Nikula says that there has been time to go to festivals, for example. The end of the work gave him a distance and time to think about what he wants to do in the future.

Nikula says he has not missed the radio since he had stopped.
“Unfortunately, there have been really no withdrawal symptoms,” Nikula says at the podcast.
