Alma Hätönen remembers her departure from Yle, with a special eruption from the presenter known to the whole people.

Presenter Alma Hätönen speaks of the surprising twists and turns of his career path Sober in the podcast. When he left YleX in 2018, Hätönen was sure he would never work on the radio again. He now opens the causes of the departure and the atmosphere in the workplace.
– Black feels like at that point my whole body shouted that now. There were really wonderful colleagues around me, but also the type of power that I can’t sign in any way. There was no other option, Hätönen describes in the podcast.
After the decision, Hätönen experienced opposition from a surprising body.
– When I had let go of everything I was panicked that I had destroyed my career. I’ve been working for ten years and just let go. I remember one of the biggest presenters in Finland that you were so fucking stupid and ungrateful, I have got everything and now I’m leaving, recalls Hätönen.
– When I went home, I wondered what the hell just happened. I realized afterwards that it was a confirmation that I made the right solution. I feel much better now.
Hätönen adds that most YLE colleagues supported his decision. He says he realizes that he no longer gives his energy to people who do not deserve it. Life has since carried the harsh in a surprising direction.
Currently, Alma Hätönen is studying as a physiotherapist in Metropolia and works on Ylen Radio Finland. He started working on the radio again in the fall of 2024. Hätönen says his life is now really good.
– Of course, we have change negotiations and it overshadows all this. My love for all my colleagues in these difficult times. It is those colleagues that make you feel like I’ve come home. I’ve grown up in that environment, he glows.
