Plby Group has sold its subsidiary Yandy Enterprises, LLC.
The online retailer for lingerie went to new owners for 3 million US dollars, the US media and lifestyle group announced on Wednesday. Plby Group did not disclose who Yandy was sold to.
Plby Group has divested itself of the retailer as part of a new strategy in which the company will focus on its “most valuable brands” Playboy and Honey Birdette. It was only announced in October that Playboy was launching its first lingerie line.
