Plans for new bowling & karting in Knokke-Heist

“From Monday 30 May, preparatory work for the construction of an infrastructure for bowling and karting will start in the meadow between Jeugdhuis ‘t Verzet and Knokkestraat.

If everything goes according to plan, Bowl’Inn operator would open its new indoor attraction by the summer of 2023. The building plans are being carried out by construction company Mathieu Gijbels from Limburg, based in Deinze, to a design by Architectenbureau Project.”

“Architectenbureau Project from Knokke-Heist opted for a sleek contemporary design that, with its white facades and large windows, integrates perfectly within the villa-apartments of Duinenwater and the future urban fringe forest. A trendy graffiti wall is also provided on the side of the railway lines. .”

Bowling, karting, snooker, play village and restaurant

“On the ground floor there are 24 bowling alleys, a snooker café with bar and lounge, an indoor children’s play village with connection to an outdoor playground, a restaurant with a partly covered terrace, a gaming room and a multipurpose room.

On the first floor, speed demons can let off steam on an adventurous karting course on fully electrically powered e-karts. The circuit with many vicious turns also meanders up and down at different altitude levels.

On an intermediate platform, supporters can take a seat in a spectator stand and/or have a drink in the pit stop bar.

On the ground floor there is another space of 220m² for ‘all-weather’ activities such as trampolines, paintball, VR shooting…”, the initiators say.
