by Pink Floyd Roger Watersin was supposed to perform in Krakow, Poland next spring. However, the concert promoter Live Nation Poland has canceled the concert, but has not made the reason public.

The background is believed to be Waters’ comments on Ukraine, which have caused a stir.

The musician sent a letter to the spouse of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, Olena Zelenska. In his letter, Waters wrote how “extreme nationalists” in Ukraine have “put the country on a destructive path to war”. – Roger Waters, you should ask the president of another country about peace, Zelenska wrote in her Facebook update.

Waters continued the conversation with his own Facebook update, where he referenced the band Another Brick in the Wall – to the lyrics of the song.

– Hello Łukasz Wantuch, leave the children alone.

The musician has denied claims that he or his background team canceled the concerts in Poland. Waters thinks he has been censored.
