Pilots helicopter “Missed crucial instruction” for crash in Washington: open microphone blocked communication

The army helicopter that bumped over Washington on a passenger plane last month, may not have heard a crucial instruction from air traffic control. There were also problems with the altimeter of the Black Hawk, reports the American Dutch Safety Safety Board NTSB. 67 people were killed in the first major air -fern camp in the US since 2009.
