Huili’s concept is uniform, but Kuittinen promises that localism will be strongly highlighted in food.
-For example, in Eastern Finland, traditional food is intended for some days. In the same way, we think about what local delicacies exist all over Finland. It certainly pulls eaters, he says.

Huili intends to stand out from its competitors through good customer service and, of course, through food.

At lunch time, homemade food is served in the flute. At least Kievink chicken, lasagna and Karelian roast are on the way. In addition, there is a changing soup, a vegetable lunch, as well as a salad table and warm bread.

Kuittinen says that the first Huili was opened in Vantaa because of its central location. A total of 33 flutes will be opened in the fall. During September, Huili will be opened in Hatanpää, Imatra and Warkaunport in Tampere.
Burger King, Kotipizza and Subway will remain at the site. Burger King opens to Huil in Tammisto, Vantaa, at a later date.
