Soon46 and Ari61, are getting married A dream weddingin the new episode of the program.
Pia has lived most of her life in southern Finland, while Ari’s roots are strongly in Lapland. The couple originally met each other at the gold washing WC in Tankavaara in July 2015.
Now the couple lives in a savotta apartment built in the 1950s in Köysvaara in the Hammastunturi wilderness. The apartment is completely without electricity and water, and it is out of reach of telephone connections.
The nearest neighbor is eight kilometers away.
– It doesn’t hurt that much, even if it’s a little further away, Ari laughs in the episode.
In the episode, Pia also talks about the first time she arrived at Hammastunturi’s apartment. In the morning, while brushing his teeth, he had a funny accident.
– I took tonka water and wondered how this tastes so strange. That this is some kind of swamp flavor, Pia recalls with a laugh.
Ari fiercely asked his spouse where he got the water from. It turned out that there was lamp oil in the tonka.
– I brushed my teeth with that lamp oil and it felt like I had lamp oil in my mouth all evening. That’s how it started, Pia laughs.
