Due to the problems with a number of sleep apnea devices, Philips did not meet all its financial goals last year and that has an impact on the remuneration of CEO Frans van Houten. His total remuneration last year amounted to 5.5 million euros, compared to 6.2 million euros a year ago, according to the company’s annual report.
