Peter Gillis demands 2.3 million euros from his ex-wife Nicol Kremers in a soil procedure because of the violation of a duty of confidentiality. The case serves before the court in Den Bosch on Tuesday, the lawyers of both parties confirm on Thursday.
Gillis, known for the SBS program Massa is Kassa, is the former owner of Oostappen Vakantieparken. In the fall, he still demanded 1.7 million euros from his ex in summary proceedings. This amount has now risen to 2.3 million euros.
Kremers wants to publish a book. Gillis wants to access the final text before it is issued.
Previously, the court stipulated that Gillis cannot make it sufficiently plausible that there are things in the book that are contrary to the confidentiality agreement and that he would suffer so much damage that it is necessary to check the book in advance.
During their divorce, Kremers signed a settlement agreement in which she promised not to fold out of the school about things that played during their marriage. This condition applied to both their relationship and the Gillis company. According to the TV personality, Kremers has already violated this agreement because of the many interviews in which she walked negatively about him.
The publication of the book has been postponed for the time being.
