Frampton says goodbye. Peter Frampton actually wanted to say goodbye to his European fans in 2020 with a series of final concerts. The Covid pandemic and the associated temporary standstill in the music world intervened.

Time was of the essence for Frampton: The musician, who released one of the best-selling live albums of all time with “Frampton Comes Alive” in 1976, has been suffering from an incurable, progressive muscle disease called inclusion body myositis for some time.

The course of this disease is unpredictable, the guitarist explained some time ago – and therefore it is uncertain how much longer he will be able to play live. In November the time has finally come. Although Frampton has to perform the upcoming performances sitting down, his (undoubtedly spectacular) guitar skills are still the same, he tells us in the detailed interview, in which he also has a little surprise ready at the end of the conversation.

Frampton is playing two Germany concerts in November — am November 15, 2022 in the Berlin Verti Music Hallat the November 16, 2022 in the Dusseldorf Mitsubishi Electric Hall. There are tickets for this among other things HERE.
