In 2012, a special wedding was solemnized in the Netherlands. With the merger of Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation into one department, BHOS, the proverbial pastor married the merchant. The wedding announcement was accompanied by droning lyrics. This was a win-win. More economic growth for developing countries and more trade for Dutch companies.
