Four years after HOTSPOT, the electropop duo Pet Shop Boys announce that a new record, NONETHELESS, will follow in 2024. The 15th studio album will be released on April 26, 2024 and contains ten tracks. Fans can already look forward to it, because the Brits are already sharing the first single from their new work, “Loneliness”.
Plus: A tour of European stadiums with three concerts in Germany will follow in the summer.

The album was created with producer James Ford, who is known for his work with artists such as Arctic Monkeys, Depeche Mode and Blur. According to the press release, NONETHELESS musically offers a mixture of electronics, live instrumentalization and orchestral arrangements. The duo describes their new record as “the strongest indicator of where we are today.”
The work can already be pre-ordered and will be available as a standard CD, deluxe CD set with a bonus EP, as well as vinyl variations and cassette.

With the album announcement, the Brits immediately released a first foretaste. The single “Loneliness” comes with a music video, which was directed by photographer and filmmaker Alasdair McLellan.
