In Lith, a person hit the Lithsedijk on Saturday evening. A spokesperson for the Brabant-Noord Security Region says that in connection with the investigation, shipping traffic has been shut down and that the locks have been closed.
The report arrived around a quarter past ten. A person in the water has since been searched for.
It is not yet known whether and how the person ended up in the water.
