The Canadian outerwear label presents four new looks with the capsule collection “Humanature”. For the collection Canada Goose has further developed the brand’s own material “Feather Light Ripstop” into a recycled version with the name, which is in no way inferior to the original in terms of performance.

The 100 percent recycled nylon is said to be durable and water-repellent and easy to wear. The collection consists of a coat and a puffer jacket for women and men, with a retail price of 2096 and 1595 euros. The looks are based on a natural, neutral shade of gray in order to avoid the use of chemicals and water in the dyeing process, Canada Goose announced on Tuesday.

As part of its sustainability efforts, Canada Goose aims to be carbon neutral by 2050. The label has also committed itself to primarily using materials that are on the List of preferred fibers and materials the non-governmental organization TextileExchange. The list is an annual publication about fibers and materials that have been produced with improved social and environmental aspects. With the “Humanature” capsule, Canada Goose presents a collection that takes into account the preferred fibers and materials on the list.
