Artificial intelligence (AI) company Perfect CorpÜ is acquiring Wannaby Inc., a provider specializing in digital immersive experiences that is part of the luxury e-commerce platform Farfetch. With this step, Perfect Corp. its portfolio around the luxury segment, as the company announced on Wednesday. The acquisition is expected to close in the coming months, subject to customary conditions.
By integrating Wannaby’s solutions, Perfect Corp. Redefine the digital experience in the areas of fashion and beauty and further expand its market position. At the same time, it launches a strategic partnership with Farfetch, which will continue to leverage Wannaby’s technologies to optimize online shopping for luxury brands. The acquisition underlines the shared goal of advancing modern technologies in the fashion industry.
