Carolin Schwarz takes over the management of HR & Corporate Communications at the Düsseldorf fashion retailer Peek & Cloppenburg.
The retailer will appoint Schwarz to the management board on April 1, Peek & Cloppenburg Düsseldorf announced on Friday. She takes over from Igor Matic, who has held the position since 2012 and is leaving the company “at his own request,” Peek & Cloppenburg said in a statement in January.
Schwarz comes from Daimler AG, where she most recently worked as director for integrity management. She was also active as a management consultant. During her career, Schwarz has held various leadership positions in transformation, change management and corporate responsibility.
