The Düsseldorf fashion retailer Peek & Cloppenburg brings art to its retail space. Together with fashion photographer Andreas Ortner, P&C starts the Fashion Perspective project, in which the photographer’s works will decorate all the company’s European stores for two years, said P&C Düsseldorf on Tuesday. The aim of the project of Ortner and P&C Brand & Creative Director Tewe Maas is to make fashion photography accessible to a wide audience.

“The largest democratic way of Gallery is created,” said Maas. Instead of knowing: inside art in traditionally intended rooms, you will find selected photographs from Ortner from 2018 to 2025 now where fashion is lived – in the store. In practice, this means around 5,000 photo areas, including Instore placements and large-format facade areas, which can be seen in the houses of P&C Düsseldorf from September 2, 2025 for a period of two years.

Ortner is no stranger for Peek & Cloppenburg Düsseldorf. The photographer has already realized various campaigns and photo productions for the fashion retailer in the past. In addition to the Art Gallery, these are now also recognized in an illustrated book that appears as a limited coffee table book as part of the project. This illustrated book is sent to selected fashion and creative workers and long-standing customers: on the inside.
