Passenger plane clashes with army helicopter and plunges in the river near the American capital Washington

A regional passenger plane crashed on Thursday evening local time after a collision with an American army helicopter in the Potomac River near Reagan National Airport, just outside the American capital Washington. There would have been 60 passengers and four crew members on board the plane of PSA Airlines, three soldiers would have manned the army helicopter. A massive rescue operation is underway.
