Pascale (58) was going to take the Flixbus back to Antwerp after a pleasant city trip with her daughter in Düsseldorf, but the return journey turned out to be a traumatic experience. Despite a valid booking and registration of her wheelchair, the driver refused to take the woman. “I started crying and shaking because this was so rude. I really can’t sleep because of this,” she says. The woman filed a complaint.
