The disco has been a household name in the region for 35 years. With 1,700 square meters of party floor, four dance floors and two floors, Lagoa was for decades the place to be for those who loved electronic music.
“Tonight, people who came here to party and who now have children or even grandchildren of their own, are coming back to the disco again. It’s nice that they are meeting here again,” says manager Stéphane Fievez, son of Marie-Jeanne.
