The Herzogenaurach sporting goods provider Puma SE and the Borussia Dortmund football club remain loyal to each other. On Tuesday, both sides announced the early extension of their partnership that has existed since the 2012/13 season until at least June 30, 2034.
In the course of the agreement, Puma will continue to equip all men’s, women’s and youth teams from Borussia Dortmund and also manufacture replica and fan articles. Details on the financial conditions have not been published.
Matthias Bäumer, the Chief Commercial Officer from Puma, paid tribute to the collaboration. “With the early extension of our long -term partnership with BVB, we show how important the association and its values are for us,” he said in a statement. “Every season, the incredible fan culture of the association, the passion of the legendary yellow wall and the team’s attractive style of play inspires us again again. We look forward to continuing to write German football history together.”
