Negotiators from the European Parliament and the Council (the EU member states) reached an agreement on Wednesday on new procedures for legal migration to the European labor market. “We have proven that the European Union is able to offer safer and legal routes to migrants who want to work,” said MEP Javier Moreno Sanchez (S&D).
