‘Parasol war’ on Spanish beaches; fines for too early reservation can be up to 3000 euros

It puts a lot of bad blood on the Spanish coasts: tourists who get up very early – and put their towel on still empty beaches to reserve a ‘first -line’ place on their favorite beach. Then they return to their apartment, hotel or campsite to tuck or have breakfast for a few more hours.
