Renovations in commercial premises are usually comprehensive, whether in small, medium or large scale projects. This means that generally the work is led by the role of the architect, professionals and/or construction companies who subcontract the necessary services for the different tasks, also, in other cases the client contacts us directly.
In Express Paint, All projects are led by architect M. Florencia Rassori from the MFR.ARQ studio, so we really enjoy working together with colleagues and clients since in each project the client or architect who contacts us tells us about the problem and/or or objectives and we evaluate what is the best work methodology to achieve them, always prioritizing the requirements and needs of our client.
In principle, they usually contact us for the painting, but complementary remodeling work is usually required so that it is in optimal conditions.
We know that especially in this type of project, time is a key factor, so we quickly sent our client an indicative budget which already includes materials, labor and accident insurance for all our workers. The fact that our painters work with insurance, uniforms and necessary and protective tools is one of the main reasons why they always look for us, since we take care of all the necessary management.
After this, we coordinate an in-person visit to the place where we evaluate some details and finish shaping the project and budget. From this moment Express Paint takes care of everything, coordinates the purchase of all the necessary materials, in the case of double-height businesses, for example, providing scaffolding or chairs to work at height, coordinating work teams according to the number of painters that are necessary, and directing the work.
Some factors to take into account in businesses are that they have previously been vacated and dismantled of shelves, electrical appliances, etc. which usually leave the walls and ceilings in poor condition, in those cases we evaluate whether it is necessary to do a complete plastering job prior to the general painting.
In images we can see, for example, one of our latest works for a designer shoe store located in the Retiro area, this is the case of a three-story style store where it was necessary to design the scaffolding in a particular way so that the painters could reach through the void of the staircase to the dome.
To begin, it was necessary to do a complete plastering job on the entire surface, and then begin the painting tasks with an intense reddish color, which we used strategically since some colors in particular are more challenging than the use of white or colors. neutral. The result was a commercial premises completely renovated with a new color that makes it look impressive and enhances its architecture, and that is what always makes us proud and gives us satisfaction when completing the works.
