A painting by the Flemish Baroque painter Anthony van Dyck and his studio, painted four centuries ago and of which the trace has been lost, has surfaced in Switzerland. It concerns a ‘Virgin and Child’, which, according to art historians, is one of three works by the Flemish painter on the subject.
